We probably all can recognise it: difficult situations at work, tough decisions to make, needing overview, looking for professional growth, or looking for direction in your career. And actually there is no time to think things through. 

To go out and spend time in nature and walk can help. I can walk with you, listen and offer guidance while you are taking your next steps.

Walking brings you further

We spend a lot of time indoors and often don’t take enough time for exercise and reflection. This results in finding ourselves stuck, not being able to see the wood for the trees. Regularly taking a walk has positive effects on our body and our brains. During walks in nature you get a chance to rest and stress reduces. There is time for reflection, you get new ideas and find inspiration.

As outdoor coach, I can support you in clarifying your questions and possibilities. So you can get an overview and can take next steps in confidence.

We start with setting a goal and discussing the approach, of course customized to your personal situation and wishes. 

Then we go out: we walk together, close to your place, when it’s convenient for you. During the walk we discuss matters that are important to you, in your work and your personal development. An outdoor coaching session takes about one and a half hour. 

You can also choose to walk alone, with online guidance.
